Most clients fall into one of these four scenarios. If yours looks different, call and describe it.

Situation 1

Starting from scratch

Your business doesn't have a website yet, or the one you have is so outdated it doesn't represent you. You need something built correctly from the start, not a builder template that's fast to set up and slow to get found.

Situation 2

Complete rebuild

You have a site but it's not doing the job. Wrong images, outdated copy, poor mobile performance, or a structure Google doesn't understand. Sometimes a cleanup is the right call. Sometimes starting over is faster and cheaper.

Situation 3

Platform migration

You're on Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy and paying $30 to $50 a month for a generic experience with no direct support. You want off the platform without losing your domain, your search position, or your content history.

Situation 4

AI site rescue

You built your site with an AI tool and it looks almost right but isn't performing. Stock images, generic copy, technical issues under the surface. Most of these are fixable without a full rebuild. The bones are often sound.

Real photography is not a nice-to-have. Stock photos say you could be anyone. Real on-location images say you are you. The most common reason a competently-built website still fails to convert is that the imagery doesn't match the actual business behind it. See brand photography.
Honest about scope

Website development here covers new builds, rebuilds, platform conversions, and cleanup work. What it doesn't cover is custom web application development: anything requiring complex databases, bespoke backend logic, or platform-specific engineering. If that's what you need, I'll tell you and point you toward the right person.
