Does AI name your business?
Tell me these five things and I'll ask ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity what your customers ask. You get a plain written answer by email, usually within two business days. I do it by hand, so it is a real answer rather than a generated score.
What you get back
A short written answer, not a dashboard.
- Whether you were named. The exact questions asked, which assistants named you, and which named a competitor instead
- What they said about you. If the details are wrong, out of date, or mixed up with another business, that is the finding that matters most
- Who did get named, and the visible reason: a complete Google profile, real photos, a clearer website, more recent reviews
- The two or three things to fix first, in the order I would do them. Some of them you can do yourself, and I will say which
What this is not
It is not an automated score out of 100. AI assistants give different answers on different days, so a single number would be misleading. This is a person asking the questions your customers ask and writing down what happened.
There is no obligation attached. If the answer is "you are doing fine", that is what the email will say.
